Order Processing

Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Grounded Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to United States and international locations.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your area.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Grounded Paper Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@groundedpaper.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been accepted or processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Grounded Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also contact us at Info@groundedpaper.com, and we will do our best to help you review the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Info@groundedpaper.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Grounded Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
